Ian Charles & Dry Rain are a New Haven County based 4 piece-Rock-n-Roll band. They have an emphasis on "covers" in their setlists from the 50's, 60's, 70's to the present. With occasional originals from Ian Charles' 6 CD releases to date.
Ian Charles formed Dry Rain in 2008 with longtime musician friends, Pete Kazaleh on guitar, Marshall St. Clair on Bass, and Bruce Hutchins on Drums.
Ian Charles is a critically acclaimed singer/songwriter who has toured all over the world with his music. He lives in Guilford, CT. Where he grew up and was first influenced by music and to become a musician. Dry Rain is a celebration of that classic music. From Elvis to Tom Petty and beyond...
